WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in salesto join our team. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing newbusiness opportunities and driving revenue growth within Globant Commerce Studio.

YOU WILL GET THE CHANCE TO:● Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive sales growth within Globant Commerce Studio.● Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting activities.● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.● Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients● Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.● Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.

Job Duties:● Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in theindustry; researching and analyzing sales options.● Define/Refine the Go to market strategy for revenue growth of Globant Commerce Studio● Work closely with Commerce and wider Studio Partners and Sales Leadership teams to drivejoint sales motion and drive demand generation, opportunity pipeline creation and closure● Lead solution definition and scoping to generate technical solutions, estimates, and projectimplementation approaches● Define a solution for a customer by recommending relevant Commerce Solutions and broaderecosystem offerings● Develop propositions for customers based on the PoV for the Industry, including writing proposals● Present technical topics to senior, technical and business audiences and C-Levels● Apply methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work.● Lead or co-lead answers to RFPs issued by clients● Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.● More than 10 years of work experience in IT.● More than 7 years of experience with at least a few eCommerce platforms e.g. SalesforceCommerce Cloud, Commerce Tools, Adobe Commerce or similar● Having relationships within the relevant platform partner ecosystem would be a huge plus● At least 5 years of experience in selling and driving professional services business with large-scale US based organizations● At least 5 years of progressive experience implementing and designing eCommerce solutions● Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills● Analytical skills● Goal-Oriented● Proven track record in sales.● Strong communication, negotiation, sales planning, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals andpresentation skills.
