JOB DESCRIPTION: Interactive TV LLC is looking for a Call Centre
Operator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Answer calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries;
– Provide personalized high-level customer service;
– Update the existing databases with changes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Higher education;
– Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English is a
plus;
– Computer skills;
– Good communication skills, self-organizational skills, ability to
multi-task and to focus on priorities;
– Ability to quickly learn and flexibility;
– Pleasant and friendly mannerism;
– Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances;
– A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
