Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Computer Aided Design Drafter. The Computer Aided Design Drafter will create detailed schematics and technical drawings, work closely with engineers and architects to convert concepts to finished designs, use software programs to create 2D and 3D models of products and structures, and communicate design details and requirements to production teams.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field and at least 2 years of experience in technical drafting, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or RevitKnowledge of engineering design principles, mathematics and geometryAbility to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and schematicsStrong attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with all teams, including cross-functional
