JOB DESCRIPTION: Kamurj UCO is seeking a Credit Officer to work in the
Group Lending Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Widely distribute information about the Organizations services;
– Conduct pre-credit meetings and preparatory works with clients;
– Conduct business and client repayment capacity analysis;
– Conduct credit provision and repayment activities;
– Document and report the results of credit services;
– Understand and support the mission and strategy of the organization.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Higher education;
– Good organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
– Willingness to travel frequently to regions and spend 90% of the time
in the field;
– Individual and team-building skills;
– Knowledge of English and computer skills is a plus.
