TITLE: Food and Beverage Supervisor

LOCATION: Aghveran, Armenia
JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent will work under direct supervision of
General Director and be responsible for all F&B operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Supervise and train all F&B servers, bartenders and concession
personnel;
– Understand and assist in maintaining budgeted goals;
– Accurately forecast business demands on a weekly basis to ensure
efficient staffing, food and beverage ordering;
– Represent the restaurant outlets for all day to day operational needs;
– Control and fulfill service requirements per each banquet order;
– Attention to details;
– Fulfill other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Higher education;
– At least 2-3 years of experience as F&B supervisor;
– Communicative and flexible personality;
– Excellent organizational, planning, communication and inter-personal
skills;
– Strong customer service orientation with ability to be a team player;
– Communication skills in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
– Computer skills.
